To drive awareness that Realtor.com is the most personalized home search experience, we created billboards with specific, personalized messages for the cities with the hottest housing markets. The Denver billboard may be my favorite thing I’ve written.

 

 

 Home-buying Horror

Home-buying may feel scary, but you don’t have to end up with a horror story.
Leading up to Halloween, we helped First Time Home Buyers vanquish their fears by connecting them with our helpful tools and guides.
Our Homebuying Horror Movie posters ran in the NYPost and were spread as wide postings during the Austin Film Festival.

 

 

Realtor.com Draft

The NFL Draft is one major event every year where a large group of people comes out the other side needing one thing — new homes in new cities. For the 2021 NFL Draft, Realtor.com made personalized ads for the top five picks and posted them in the player’s future home cities the next day.
